Grilled Tuna Steaks – 2 Servings
Ahi Tuna is from the world’s tropical and subtropical oceans simply seasoned, and cooked to perfection on your barbeque grill and – it’s better than the same old-same old backyard steak.
Two 1” thick Tuna steaks
Freshly ground black pepper
Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place steaks on a very hot grill or stove-top grill pan and grill for 2 minutes per side.
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
The center should be raw. Be careful not to overcook.
